When I planned my own wedding, I spent hours scrolling through photographers' websites. I know how overwhelming it can be, so I've kept mine simple, honest and easy to explore.

I've photographed events and weddings across the UK, from award ceremonies in Manchester, intimate celebrations in Wales and Devon to major charity events for Cancer Research Wales. My approach is documentary - I blend into the background, allowing your day to unfold naturally while capturing genuine moments you'll treasure for years to come.

Photography is my passion alongside my NHS career, which means I can keep my prices more affordable than many full-time photographers, without compromising on the care, creativity and attention to detail that every wedding and event receives. From our first conversation to your final gallery, you can expect a relaxed experience and a quick turnaround.

I learn the ins and outs about your event before picking up the camera. Prior to your event, we’ll chat about how the day will flow, check floor plans, timings, and any surprises that makes your event, your event. I’m already part of your team before I arrive. My passion is not turning up and taking photos; it’s being prepared, invested, and completely on board with your vision.

During your event, I’m calm, professional, and blend seamlessly with the crowd. From spotting your runner crossing the finish line, ensuring ‘no blinks’ in the corporate big team photo, or helping the keynote speaker feel at ease. I’m there, bringing the right energy, every time.

I photograph weddings the way that they unfold - real, unscripted, and full of feeling. With my relaxed, documentary-led approach, you can enjoy every moment without thinking about the camera. I’m drawn to the quiet in-between glances, the belly laughs, and all the little things that tell your story.

Prepped, Present, and Part of the Day
Before your big day, I like to learn about you and the little details that make your story yours. I’ll check in with your planner, pop by the venue beforehand, and always have a rainy Plan B ready (with a few extra tricks if needed). On the day, I’m more than just your photographer - I blend in as a familiar, friendly face, working with your bridal party and groomsmen, help guests feel at ease, and stay tuned in to capture all the moments as they happen.

Keeping It Comfortable - And Going the Extra Mile
You might tell me, ‘I’m not very photogenic,’ and honestly, I hear that all the time. That’s where I come in - helping you feel completely at ease and just be yourselves. No stiff poses, just a little guidance, some friendly chat, and plenty of space to enjoy the day. Afterwards, I’ll send you a beautifully edited online gallery that’s easy to share with family and friends (and perfect for prints too). And don’t worry - just because the wedding’s over doesn’t mean I disappear. I’ll check in now and then, and I’m always around for your next big milestone.
