Despite a classic overcast Swansea morning, the atmosphere on Sunday 7th June 2026 was anything but grey. The city was full of energy as runners gathered for another fantastic Swansea Half Marathon, bringing together familiar faces and plenty of first-timers ready to take on the challenge. From excited conversations at registration to determined strides and finish-line celebrations, the day had a brilliant buzz throughout - supportive, uplifting, and full of those moments that make events like this so memorable.
Supported by Cancer Research Wales, the event once again showcased everything people love about the Swansea Half Marathon - an incredible community atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, and a shared sense of achievement from start to finish. Whether you came to race, support, volunteer, or simply enjoy the occasion, there was something special in the air all day long.
